The team comprising the company has always been involved in competition, whether in power boating or sailing. Since 1982 we started in power boating by the "24 heures de Rouen". In 1987 a consistent presence in different races in the French waters, " 6 heures de Paris " (6 times) and in other legs of the championship ended in a victory in category O850 for the "24 HEURES de ROUEN". For 7 years we have frequented the podiums and finished in 1992 by a brilliant second place in the Formule 3000 for the "24 heures de ROUEN". |

At the same time as this adventure, several races in inflatables and FORMULE 3 OFFSHORE completed our participations in powerboat racing.
During these years, the week-ends of race training in the bay of Quiberon were not forgotten. Numereous participations in "Spi Ouest France", Course des Vieux Safrans, Course des Iles and others have seen the presence of Armorique Diffusion on the regatta courses. A crew with Armorique Diffusion colours has recently been champion of France in the category Open 5.70 at Hyères in November 2004, then in the category First Class 7.5 in August 2005 at Hyères in the category Espoir (Hope). All these victories and placings are due in part to the crews but also to the meticulous preparation of the boats. Whether concerning the hull and its fittings or the mechanics and rigging. Consequently Armorique Diffusion is able to advise you concerning the preparation and equipment according to your plans for either cruising or racing, in the bay of Quiberon or offshore. We will advise you for the choice of propeller, for adaptations to engine housings, the different possibilities and quality of sails, the adjustments of rigging, of the mast, the calibrations of your electronics and settings in hand. |
